High Life Residences is a long-stay concept within the High Life Hotel, designed for guests seeking independence and tranquility. You’ll enjoy your own private space—complete with a kitchenette—while still having access to our peaceful grounds and optional hotel services. This means guests are expected to manage basic needs independently.
No daily housekeeping (available upon request at extra cost)
No meals included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available à la carte when in season)
Check-in with instructions provided before arrival. Limited reception hours.
Full access to our terrace, gardens, deck and pool when open seasonally
🛂 Entry visa and legal stay allowance in Northern Cyprus
For long stays, guests must ensure that their entry visa and legal stay allowance in Northern Cyprus cover the full duration of their booking.
💳 Payment Terms
For all reservations, including long stays, the full accommodation amount is payable at check-in.
Check-in cannot be completed without full payment.
🍳 Your Studio Includes:
2 twin beds.
A kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, and basic utensils. Not suitable for full cooking. (Dishwashing: As the studio is designed for light snacks and drinks, please note that the bathroom sink is the primary water source.)
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi
A private terrace or balcony with sea or garden views

You can add any of the following during your stay:
Daily breakfast served on the terrace
Lunch or dinner from our seasonal menu (availability may vary by season)

🔍 Weekly Wellness & Maintenance Visit
To ensure your comfort and the upkeep of the property, we conduct weekly checks with prior notice and planning. These help us:
Monitor for pest control and maintenance
Ensure equipment, lighting, and appliances are functioning properly
Replenish items like disposable cutlery or supplies including toiletries.
We’ll always notify you in advance and carry out checks respectfully and discreetly.
🛒 Shopping & Deliveries
When shopping at local markets, please use the High Life Residences bags provided. This helps us distinguish residence guests from hotel guests and maintain our policies.
If you order food delivery, please meet the delivery person at the designated pickup spot by hotel car park. Delivery drivers are not permitted to enter the property or approach studios directly.
Trash should be placed in the designated outdoor bin area.
Full details will be provided upon arrival.
🚫 Guest Policy & Age Limit
All common areas within the property are shared among short stay and long stay hotel guests. The property is a small and quiet establishment. Noise levels are kept low at all times.
Only guests who are registered and booked may stay.
High Life Residences is an adults-only property. All guests must be 16 years or older.
⚠️ Fair Use & Safety
Air conditioning must be turned off when the studio is unoccupied.
Electrical equipment must be used responsibly.
Open flames, candles, or similar fire hazards are strictly prohibited.
The studio and its contents must be treated with reasonable care.
